Estate Services opened its doors in February 2004. Our goal was to provide the
consumer with a better choice than the big real estate chains. We
offer personalized service for our clients with-up-to-date
information, custom marketing plans and active involvement during the
decision making process.
We remain active in our community through efforts such as
helping at schools, sponsoring youth soccer, organizing neighborhood
watches and sponsoring neighborhood yard sales. We set goals in this
area to make a positive difference in our community.
We put forth our best efforts in all real estate activities from marketing to negotiating the best
deal in all
transactions. We want our clients to return to us in the future
because of their first experience. We want you to be clients for life. Our level
of service is above and beyond the average realtor-client
relationship. We believe the personal touch is our key to

Nancy has over nineteen years of experience in the real estate and mortgage
industry. She has worked in mortgage loan servicing,
FNMA/FHLMC, GNMA
Investor portfolio management,
designing and operating a lead program for loan officers,
mortgage loan origination and real estate sales.
She opened and manages a mortgage loan company, JMC Financial,
located in Placer County. JMC is a branch of US
Financial based in Roseville and is licensed by the California Department of Corporations, License # 817-0666.
She is licensed as a broker with the State of California and is a
member of the Placer County Association of Realtors (PCAR). She
recently earned the PCAR designation of 'Placer County Area
Specialist'. She maintains active standing in the Women's
Council of Realtor's and the Lincoln &
Rocklin Chambers of Commerce.
